The magazine has big words forA Khalil Tate,A Arizona's junior quarterback:

Big and Bad.

He runs like a running back.

He hits like a linebacker.

He's the nation's best quarterback.

Hand him the Heisman.

That's right, Sports Illustrated says Tate should win the most prestigious award in college football this season.

Not only that, the magazine slots the Wildcats atA No. 19 in its preseason poll.
